BFlix respects copyright owners and takes infringement reports seriously. We operate as a directory of third-party streaming links and do not host or store streaming content. However, we review valid complaints and remove reported links when necessary.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
Copyright owners or their authorised representatives can submit a written notice containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact BFlix URL containing the reported link.
- Your name, email, address, and phone number.
- A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming the information is accurate and you are authorised to file the complaint.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review and Removal
Valid complaints are reviewed, and reported links are typically removed or disabled within 24–72 hours.
Repeat Infringement
We make reasonable efforts to prevent links removed after valid complaints from being listed again.
Counter-Notices
If you believe a link was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to the same contact address with your explanation and contact details.
